Can I cancel or change my order?

If we haven’t printed a shipping label, we can cancel or modify your order. Send us an email as soon as possible at contact@gloobooks.com so we can cancel or change your order.

My book came damaged. Help!

Oh no! If you received a damaged item, email us at contact@gloobooks.com and we’ll get it fixed.

How do I return my book? 

If you're not happy with your purchase, we will provide a refund! Initiate returns here.

Can I make a wholesale order?

Shipping 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the shipping speed and whether we're shipping to a domestic or international address. General rates and exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

How long will it take to ship my order?

USPS Media Mail - 2-8 business days

USPS Priority Mail - 1-3 business days 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to Canada, Australia and the UK.
